PFAS-FREE CERAMIC COATING PFAS-FREE CERAMIC COATING Ceramic coating is often used because of its excellent non-stick and sliding properties. The maximum operating temperature of this coating is 260 ºC. Ceramic coatings are harder and more wear-resistant than traditional PTFE (Teflon) coatings.
