Jos Schröder new Managing Director Kersten coating technology

As of the 1st of july 2021 Jos Schröder will start as Managing Director at Kersten coating technology. “My more than 25 years of experience in different markets come in handy to help even more customers with the “Layers of Value” of Kersten coating technology. I would also like to thank my predecessor William van Ampting for the steps he has taken with Kersten coating technology.”

Kersten coating technology preserves and improves metal surfaces by applying high-quality coatings. For example, in many situations instead of the more expensive stainless steel, a different quality metal can be used. Depending on the requirements, we apply, a corrosion-resistant, insulating or conductive, UV-resistant, anti-adhesive or flexible coating. A professionally applied coating has the added advantage that it can be reapplied at the end of its life. Reuse, recycling, parts do not have to be thrown away. It goes without saying that where necessary coatings are also certified by the FDA and, for example, KIWA.

In recent years Kersten coating technology has invested a lot in our production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. In addition to additional capacity in production, investments have been made in automation and expansion of our sales network. We therefore expect to continue to grow in southern and eastern Europe in addition to our current markets. Opening a branch to be closer to the customer is one of the options.
